I’ve been gluten free for a few years now. One of the things that I really missed was noodles that actually had a decent texture to them. There are LOTS of gluten free noodles on the market. Some rice. Some corn-based. Some quinoa. Believe me, I’ve checked them out and tried them. And they have this horrid crumbly texture that I just can’t jive with. I mean, is it me, or does it seem like they taste like they aren’t fully cooked??? I decided to try these Annie Chun’s noodles a while back. I started with the plain rice and then tried these brown rice ones. OH MY GOSH. Seriously. They are SOOOO delicious! They taste like REAL noodles! These Maifun ones are just like angel hair pasta. The Pad Thai ones (same brand, different listing) are just like fettuccine noodles. They cook fast. They are wonderful! I promise you that if you are gluten free and you haven’t found a decent GF noodle yet that you will really enjoy these. I can’t say enough good things about them. Honestly, they are the best!
